Anthony Richards 

Anthony’s focus is on human communication and mis-communication. He holds an MA in Theatre Directing and has spent over 20 years leading his own company as a Director creating professional theatre, working throughout the UK.

He supports Sykes Fairbairn by creating and delivering training activities using theatre and improvisational role-play. These bring concepts alive and illuminate individual competencies so individuals can be coached to high performance. Courageous Conversations, Delegating, Influencing, Presenting, Managing Performance and Personal Impact are key activities that can be “performance tuned” through enjoyable learning encounters.

Anthony is also an Accredited Associate Executive Coach, with the AOEC, holding a practitioner diploma. His experience in coaching performances from actors translates into the ability to deliver incisive feedback, in a style which can be heard and acted upon. He is practiced in working alongside a number of psychometric tools.

Since entering the training arena in 2001, Anthony has devised, written and presented components of training programmes for a wide range of Public, Private and Third sector organisations.
