The Team Climate Survey™ (TCSe) tool is designed to help organisations, multiple and individual teams understand their strengths and weaknesses and improve their performance.

Sykes Fairbairn has developed in-house team and individual 360 diagnostic tools from first principles. These can be readily customized to client requirements and delivered on-line using our secure hosting and bureau service. Our team 360s have been very successfully deployed as part of global stakeholder surveys and linked to team performance development programmes. With our premier products consultants write the reports rather than computers or support staff, unlike many of our competitors, but we can also deploy low cost ‘off the shelf’ 360s.

Our diverse associate base provides the capability to work with many other commonly used profiling tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Insights® Discovery System, Belbin® Team Role Profile and FIRO-B®.
