Suzanna Lawrence

Suzanna is an insightful coach and inspirational trainer of many years experience, consistently demonstrating an ability to enable people to be, do and deliver more than they thought they were capable of.

Suzanna specialises in delivering measurable improvements in individual, team and organisational performance through learning and development solutions, tailored to individual client’s needs. Her most recent successes have been in helping senior executives improve their ability to define and clearly articulate a compelling vision for their business. She has also worked with their teams to improve time and energy management, assertiveness, personal confidence and resilience, team dynamics and selling skills.

Suzanna combines her coaching and training skills with practical business acumen built up over 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry preceded by 10 years in semiconductor engineering.  She was most recently Director, Commercial Excellence for UK Pharma, GlaxoSmithKline, responsible for a directorate of 7 different departments with circa 85 employees and a budget of over £11M.

Suzanna has practical experience of sales leadership, marketing management, market research, coaching and major event management including many presentations to large audiences. She is an NLP Practitioner and fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
