Wendy Harbutt An Associate of Sykes Fairbairn, Wendy Harbutt is a specialist in experiential learning, particularly in the use of roleplay to facilitate and enhance learning. She has benefited from two parallel careers; one in the corporate sector with over 17 years in business, specialising in communication, the other in improvisational theatre as an actor, writer and director. This business background provides Wendy with real world insight into the scenarios used for assessment and development. She is fluent in the language of business and is definite about the need for interventions to add value – at every level. Organisations that Wendy has worked with include BMW, 3M, Thomson Reuters, TNT, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Societe General, Jardine Motors Group, Vines, Elms, Babcock, Warwick University, The University of the West of England and The Royal College of General Practitioners. She has devised, written and delivered programmes that focus on performance development, presentation and presence, delegating and influence, customer service excellence, plus various programmes on aspects of communication.
