Wendy Harbutt 

An Associate of Sykes Fairbairn, Wendy Harbutt is a specialist in experiential learning, particularly in the use of roleplay to facilitate and enhance learning.

She has benefited from two parallel careers; one in the corporate sector with over 17 years in business, specialising in communication, the other in improvisational theatre as an actor, writer and director. Wendy’s skills therefore are an unusual yet complimentary mix of applied drama and business knowledge. She studied Business Management/Marketing Management at the University of Gloucestershire and has held senior roles in the telecoms/tech sector. This business background provides Wendy with real world insight into the scenarios used for assessment and development. She is fluent in the language of business and is definite about the need for interventions to add value – at every level.
